Myriad Industrial Solutions LLP supplied a Tesient MP3000A relay and secondary injection testing kit to Steag Energy Services, the O&M contractor at HMEL's Guru Gobind Singh Refinery in Bathinda. The unit has been in service supporting the site's testing operations, backed by Myriad's after-sales technical support.
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT
Service support after the warranty period was over. The client wanted to get the instrument repaired .
WHAT WE DID
In close coordination with our principal M/s. Tesient we successfully repaied the test kit , shared live video with the client displaying correct functioning of the relay test set after repairs
RESULT
Our client is satisfied with the service they received and continue to use the instrument we supplied , in their field activities.
